I need to get traffic to my website ([login to view URL]) and would like to run an email campaign to do so. The target market is ONLY Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the USA. I will need you to narrow the search to household income of under $50,000 and interested in health insurance.
I'll be able to provide a few different HTML templates for the email... I need somebody with the capability to target this market and has the resources to send out 100,000's of emails.
