I need an illustrator to design a book cover (fantasy)

Picture a scene of a dragon descending from storm clouds on a coastal town, tucked at the base of some cliffs, far into the distance and destroying it with fire. Or, perhaps, about to destroy it with fire.
Think of the same feel when watching Scar's demise at the end of the Lion King, or of the Titans destroying Shiganshina in the opening of Attack on Titan, or (spoilers for Game of Thrones ahead) Daenerys and Drogon burning down King's Landing.
The scene needs to be menacing and terrifying and hopeless, but also striking and attention grabbing; something that would encourage a curious young 15-18 yo man to pick it up off the shelf.
Notes: there should not be any close up of the dragon.
Attached are two excerpts from the story in which one is of the character watching the event himself at a distance and the other of a character in the midst of it.
