Illustrate a children's book

Illustration and layout of a children's poem called 'Nervous Neil', which you can find here:

Pitch should include a simple sample drawing of Neil to show how you would bring your style to the project. Can be full colour illustrations or Quentin Blake style pencil drawings alongside the text (in which case include an extract of the poem with your sample).
The finished job involves turning the text into a ready to print 32 page (A5) picture book format, we can do milestones for the following:
Cover
Title Page
24 pages (12 spreads) - illustrating the story
Text layout
The illustrator will retain no rights in the work and the images and ideas can be reused and or changed for this and future projects.
I'm looking for someone with enthusiasm and imagination who genuinely likes the poem and the project to work with on this and future projects if the collaboration works.
Must be completed with a month, expect a certain amount of back and forth over the text layout, but I like artists who want to express themselves and have strong ideas.
