An app where people can save there favourite youtube bloggers

I want an ios app made where people can save their favourite bloggers their and every time the bloggers add a new one it will automatically appear and the app will then notify the user that they have a video waiting. It will have three sections
[login to view URL] feed... Sort of like Facebook the latest up top and so on!
2.Bloggers... Where you have the bloggers and then after clicking on it you see all of the videos they have posted
E.g. John Doe
" title 1"
"Title2" And so forth in new to old form
[login to view URL] where you sign in with youtube and all the other normal stuff etc
