Customised VNC based viewer app for iphone

Project to be coded in objective-c with no unauthorized [by apple] libraries (i.e. App can be made available via App Store)
App will start-up and show a nice loading image as well as our logo
App will connect to our custom VNC server
Our VNC server will have a resolution of 960x640 (i.e. 2X iPhone resolution) and the App will need to zoom-in and zoom-out with iPhone multi-touch
We will need a lite app that will die after 15 minutes use and a full app that will not have this limitation
We will need all source code and we will own the IP and source code on this project
Note: iPhone user will *not* be required to enter VNC password
