Analog & Digital Clock for Android

I need to build an alarm clock for android tablet 4.0, it needs to show analog and digital time at once. The clock is also able to sound out time every hour. When you touch the analog clock it can also sound out the current time. User is able to customize back ground color in the clock and etc.. This is for a tablet app 800x480 resolution table and need to be program where user can easily adjust to other resolution if user has different size tablet/mobile phone. The clock also has a calendar function to setup personal alert. Need to have a timer count down. I already have a wireframe mockup drawn out and will send it to the winning bidder. Attached is a picture of the main screen how it should look like. Project needs to be completed within 2 weeks, 3 weeks the latest. Person is bidding for the project needs to be able to communicate in English over email/phone. If this works out, you might be able to be the hired to port this over to Iphone. Thanks
