I am looking for a skilled web developer to build a client portal that interfaces with ConnectWise PSA. The portal should have the following features:
• Login
• View Account Team
• New Sales Request
o Structured form that creates a new service ticket in ConnectWise PSA
• Ask a Question
o Structured form that creates a new service ticket in ConnectWise PSA
• Report a Problem
o Structured form that creates a new service ticket in ConnectWise PSA
• View Open Tickets
o Filterable table view that shows all open tickets from ConnectWise PSA for all accounts linked to user account.
o Allows a ticket to be selected from the view that will then show the details of the ticket. This will also allow notes to be added or for the ticket status to be updated.
• Search all Tickets
o Search form to query all open and closed tickets in ConnectWise PSA for all accounts linked to user account.
o Allows a ticket to be selected from the view that will then show the details of the ticket.
o This will also allow notes to be added or for the ticket status to be updated for open tickets.
• View Open Projects
o Filterable table view that shows all open projects from ConnectWise PSA for all accounts linked to user account.
o Allows a ticket to be selected from the view that will then show the details phases and dates of the project.
o This will include a contact form that will send an email to the assigned project manager.
• Video Library
o YouTube-style video library that loads content from Vimeo libraries based on tags assigned to the account in ConnectWise PSA.
Integration with specific software: The client requires integration with ConnectWise PSA (formerly known as ConnectWise Manage).

The timeline for this project is 1-2 months. The ideal candidate should have experience in web development, specifically in building client portals and integrating with external software.
The application must be built on native Microsoft Azure technologies. All source code and ownership will be transferred to us.

The portal should be branded with company logos and colors.
