Requirement:

A widget area/position under the logo header bar on the salient theme. A similar style to the page header option except a widget.

+ It must work on all pages

+ It must be a widget area

+ Not an override or custom code

+ Problems that we have faced in the past is that it doesn't work with salient codes on the home page, the widget area disappears.

+ Could work as a widget area that extends the header but underneath.

+ Copyrights of the plugin are owned by us.

Notes:

Full access of Hosting via cPanel, FTP, MySQL and WordPress given.

Outcome:

1) A widget area below the logo header. HTML code such as tables and background images should be able to be displayed and implemented in the widget area.

2) A .zip file of the plugin so we can uninstall and reinstall on same site.
