URL parameters for campaign tracking - Need the tracking URL to be forwarded from the landing page to the page with a form

I have a small task that I need help with. I´m running several campaigns that goes to different landing pages. The landing pages has a call-to-action button, that takes the users to a form hey need to fill in. In the campaigns I´m running then I use URL parameters to track them like this: [login to view URL] I have created a way for the form to catch the url parameters, but the problem is that I don´t want to send the user directly to the form, I want to send them to the landing page. What happens now is that when I send the user to the landing page then the tracking url displays correctly. But then the user clicks on the call-to-action button then the user is send to a new page. Is there a way to make the tracking URL (the part after the question mark) to be forwarded to the page with the form when the users clicks on the call-to-action button on the landing page?
