I am looking to take this navigation: "[login to view URL]" and make the sub categories expand in mobile view with a + and - symbol. Only in mobile view though. In desktop view I want it just like it is now. In mobile when you click on START TODAY, PAY FOR COLLEGE, or INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS a sub menu will appear with the bellow sub links. I would also like it so that in desktop view when you click on the white space in the expanded menu so it does not close like it does now.
