Frappe ERPNEXT Customization

I need an experienced frappe developer & should know ERPNEXT deeply. there is some customization and additional app needs to be added in erpnext.
Following are the important notes:
1. The person should have strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting.
2. The person should know Urdu/Hindi language (Exceptional).
3. The person should demonstrate ERPNext working done previously.
4. If you are good and complete the work timely there is a possibility to hire the selected person on a yearly retainer.
5. If person is unable to complete the job within the decided time no money will be paid.
6. The person should be available on skype 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week till a job completed.
