This is a proposal stage! Bid only to guide me create a proposal.

The one whom I choose will later create the site once the proposal is accepted.

At this stage 1. Choose a template that is suitable; 2. Guide on how 3 types of screen is adjusted i.e. browser, tablet and mobile; 3. Event login with photo and logo upload capability; 4. Show an example of Google Maps used to display events.

At this level help me with graphics and sample ONLY.
