Web/Graphic designer freelance - Landing pages / Performance marketing

We are looking for a Web/Graphic designer for our clients' subscription websites. The person must live in Europe (Central or West time zones).
We don't use any third-party UI, we've developed our own. Being able to code is not necessary, just knowing about the basics (CSS and HTML) is required.
We need someone who has experience in creating new websites (brand identities) from scratch, just by receiving a short briefing with the most important points. It has to be someone who has already got experience with the creation of good performing landing pages.
Our digital marketing strategy is based on performance marketing and It includes email marketing and display. The Web designer will be involved in the creation of the whole marketing material needed.
The collaboration will start by assigning you "missions". The remuneration will be chosen together.
We may offer a long term collaboration contract if you are able to bring value to the company.
Nice to have: speak any EU language among French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese will be highly assessed.
