Static and Carousel Ads for Facebook Retargeting Campaign

Have a new retargeting campaign for Facebook that we want to try. We've written the copy for a set of ads, now we just need the visual assets. Looking for someone with a strong background in visual design, preferably with experience creating vector graphics in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch.
This should be a relatively simple project with two sets of ad creative to make:
Static Ads - A set of display ads (1200x628) that adhere to Facebook's text overlay restrictions ([login to view URL]). There are 24 different ads, but many could use the same creative and just change the copy.
Carousel Ads - A set of display ads (600x600) that adhere to Facebook's text overlay restrictions ([login to view URL]). There are 18 different ads, but like the static ads, the same or similar graphics could be used with different copy depending on the group that the creative is in.
Creative direction for the ad styling will be provided. It may be worth creating a set of the static ads using stock imagery, and another set using a vector illustration style. The carousel ads likely will require vector illustrations.

Ideal deliverable would be a sketch file with all the creative laid out by campaign, as well as the working files for any custom illustrations that were needed.
