Retrace a logo and create new designs with it

I need an image in a logo retraced to be exactly the same as the image I give you and then 4-6 logo concepts must be made with that image. It will choose a concept and you will need to make changes to finalise it and once done send it in all the formats to me as well as the colour breakdown of Pantone, CMYK and RGB. I only have $12 budget so don't bid if you can't work for that. I need the concepts in +- 8 hours.
