Solutions Aero ([url removed, login to view]) is an online classified specifically for listing Aviation-IT vendors & products/services. The website has been up and running for a few months now with a decent member base.
I would like to upgrade the overall Look & Feel of Solutions Aero and give the site a much needed User Interface improvement. The main focus area is to make the website more attractive for users to spend time, while also throwing the spotlight on the software listing.
On the current design, unless one explores the website in detail the user does not stumble upon the listing, but is first introduced to the News & Events listing. The banner on the main page is for paid advertisement, which is the planned primary source of income. Take a look at the website and provide your mockups/suggestions.
