Have recently joined a new firm and am looking to create a brochure for the services my group will be providing. Looking for a 4-page color brochure (11x17 front and back folded in half). Want the brochure to be in both an email version that can send to clients as well as a version that can be sent to a print shop to have printed. Once the artist is selected, would send storyboard of a general set up that I am looking for. One item to note, for the cover, in addition to the company logo, company information, title of brochure and two tag lines, I will want a custom designed cover which would be an actual photo converted to what a 3D Building Information Model would look like. Examples (for level of difficulty) of the photo would look like (photo not purchase yet or any photo selected) would be something like the uploads. Back Cover would have a similar type of photo converted to a bim image as well, but would be of an interior space (do not have an example, but should be easier than creating the cover).
Colors to be used: Black, Teal (PMS 3255; RGB 44,213,196; HEX/HTML 2CD5C4; CYMK 48,0,25,0) and Orange (PMS 2010, RGB 255, 173, 0; RGB 255,173,0; HEX/HTML FFAD00; CYMK 0,35,100,0)
Typefaces: Sailec Medium for Headlines or Call to Actions, Sailec Regular for Body Copy and Subheaders, Trio Grotesk Bold for Subheaders
