I need some Graphic Design

I have a 500 SKU product range - codes, descriptions and wholesale and retail pricing for all is on an excel file - images for all also available. I need a catalogue with all of this information that is EDITABLE our end, and available to send to our retailers as a .pdf with wholesale and retail pricing (separate files). We have a basic design already done but it needs to be tighter and cleaner and if possible something we can add to from our end.
