Modification of my existing LOGO

I have a square shaped logo with the company name inside and I would like it to be round (circular, or even oval) and the company name underneath it.
I want the same thing done for both the blue and the black version of my logo.
Also, maybe an option with the company name inside as it is. Just change to shape.
Please give me both options available, the circular and the oval so I can decide which one to choose at a later time.
