Backed by SEEK, Sidekicker is an online staffing platform that connects thousands of staff around Australia and New Zealand with temporary jobs at businesses across hospitality, events, warehousing, healthcare, promotions and business support.
We currently employ 10,000 pre-screened 'Sidekicks'–giving them the freedom and control to choose when and where they work through a mobile app, and work with 4,000+ businesses–providing them with a significantly better way to hire casual and temporary staff.
We have updated our messaging and refined our target customers and value propositions on both sides of the marketplace (staff and businesses), however our website is not reflective of this.
Our website is also quite fragmented with different UX, designs, imagery and photography across different pages. It also makes us looks more amateur than we are and doesn't communicate effectively to enterprise-size customers.
So we're searching for a talented designer to help us update our website to ensure all of our visual design is representative of the message we're trying to convey.
Initially, we're looking for someone to design our Sidekick and business home pages, however I'd ideally like to find the right person to work with us as an ongoing freelance designer so we can continue to build out additional landing pages, assets and marketing collateral.
Deliverables are - 2 x landing page designs
Please see the attached document for super loose wireframes just with copy / messaging.
In your proposal, please provide a summary of your design experience and why you'd be a great fit for this work. Also include five relevant samples that show your best design work and creativity, that are as relevant as possible to Sidekicker.
