Editing a large scale photo collage .psd file

Max paper width is 48” so need to zoom in on the bottom left image of people so that there is no cutting or seam down the middle of a person. Basically zoom in so that at 48" we will not be cutting through a person so installation is easier to match up.
Move the top center image up and zoom in a little so we can see the whole building.
Replace image of building on far right to a new one.
Add red and blue accent colors to the American Family logos featured on the center building.
Fix spacing on LY in family (text on bottom right).
Try to match the black and white tone to the black and white tones on the portrait images.
Remove the layer which includes the head shots, we will just be printing the background.
