Design a Logo From Image

I have a picture of a design that i would like somebody to convert into a digital image and in a series of different sizes. It will all be that same design (no redesign needed).I would like to have a few different high res sizes that i can use throughout my site.
You will noticed in the attached image that it is simple four characters arranged in a certain series. You can use open source fonts for this if you find the right one.
Examples:
260 * 266 px
206 * 232 px
200 * 50 px (fit neatly within - This is a site header image)
Also a standard favicon ico
All these images should be transparent and in png and i would like to be able to use the high resolution image in more sizes in the future.
Note: I will attach a more high quality image to the hired freelancer. Please use the term "Tuple" in your application.
