Design Change for scripts and data adding

I need to finish with changes for 3 (fly nax . com) scripts and add modules here ( i have scripts and modules) All 3 scripts design is already changed on 85%. and about all modules added. So project is 85% done. Just need to finish with them, add few more modules (language plugin separately), in Notification plugin need to add administration, )add data, banners, logos, change colors, find and remove bugs if they are.
All Scripts must be responsive designs.
Scripts is on Code Igniter / Cake Php framework.
Developer who get this order- later can work with minimum 2 more scripts.
Who want and can do it, i'll send you all info in details with examples.
p.s. i need That developer sign Non-Dislocure Agreement.

1.I'm not to have plans to pay more than $150, couse like i wrote project is on finish line, so bid can be smaller of this amount - not bigger.
2.Who will work with this project after he finish- will own small additional business.
