Only responding to the lowest proposals and those providing cost, time to complete and samples. We are looking to build an E-Commerce styled website from scratch. We offer PR, Marketing and Business services to companies. Customers can order our services from the website. We write Press Releases and have Distribution Services for those Press Releases. We will have several packages for customers to choose from. They can order the package, fill out a customized form with the info we need to complete their order, be able to upload documents to customers and receive uploads from customers, customers can pay through Paypal. You will design the website look and code (front and back-end). Please also see the attached which is general notes on the flow and process. Though this may not be exactly how it should work, this will provide an idea as to the detail we are looking for. Please provide lowest cost to do entire project.
