We have created a website using CSS, we have no formal training and have been learning along the way. It is 98% complete. The majority of content is there, we just require someone to do the finishing aesthetic touches.
Right now the websites feels like you're on a windows 95 computer and we want it to feel modern yet functional and basic. The main thing is probably optimization for a mobile device.
The color scheme and the general layout is how we would like it but you can move things around slightly and re-size things to make it pretty if required.
