Revamp existing Website

We need freelancers help in revamping an old website to a new model. I have both portal URL's and all i need is to make the old portal exactly same as new portal with the content and images from old portal.
Old URL:

The new URL is our sister school based out of Perth. So you can use images from that site as well the images available in old URL. Also we need an extra page like video gallery where we should embed the existing you tube videos in it.
We also need CMS kind of admin page to update contents on a needed basis.
Beyond the UI, the new URL have comments module, login, booking module out of which we need at least booking module which should trigger an email once the user fill in the required info.
This booking module along with slider / social media / responsive / disqus commenting / Video page are bare minimu requirements apart from the static content and images.
So take a look in the old URL, capture all the images, pages and content. Let me the know the time and cost estimate for this revamping effort.
