need someone to make some quick wordpress theme layout changes

Hi All looking for someone to make some layout edits to a wordpress theme , let me know how long u will take to do this and cost

here is the site

there are three things that need fixing:

id like to get rid of the light grey dupe-navigation and phones up top

(as well as that blue line above if quick and easy)

also on the home page. id like the "alternative to boarding...: section to be full width or i guess maybe 2-column, rather than crammed over in the left.

for some reason the footer is duplicated need that sorted out . and id also like to change it from black to say a 3c3c3c

and for some reason there is nothing showing up on the contact page..
