I'm looking for someone to create eyes of a snake or evil eyes, can't be to detailed since it will be used for embordering. Lettering will appear around the eyes saying "In God We Trust" on the top part and "All Others We Monitor" on the bottom side of the eyes. I have an example of what I'm looking for with the expection of the eyes.
