Need to change the header banner for a website

Need to change the banner for a website to look as follows.

First we have two face pictures named [login to view URL] and head1.jpg. These two graphics need to be altered so the faces in the two face graphics (.JPG) are merged into the oldtime face sketches.

[login to view URL] goes with the David Lisenby graphic.. I need his face to replace the face of the man wearing the hat.. We only want to add linsenby’s face to the Head1.jpg.. The hair on the original [login to view URL] should stay. The white background should be transparent.

The face PNG should be merged with DavidHearne’s face so that the illustrated face is replaced with david hearne’s real face.. Again only the face. We want both of those pictures to look like they were from that older period. The white background should be transparent.

The header banner should be changed so that the words on the banner change to “Lumberton Observer” - we want the same kind of font look as the old banner uses which reads “Dollar Dreadful”

We want the banner’s elements to look similar to the [login to view URL] – but both heads should fit on the right of the banner.. I show only one right now.

Beneath the heads on the banner should read:

Executive Editor

David Hearne > under the head that has David Hearne’s face on it.

Managing Editor

David Lisenby > under the head that has David Lisenby’s face on it.

The [login to view URL] should replace the Family Library logo that sits on the end of the ribbon. The [login to view URL] should be the only piece of the header banner that has color in it.

The needed graphics are contained in the attached file.

The banner should be black and white except for the school logo.
