Edit JPEG image

I need revisions to a jpeg image. I need the image provided and i need a designer to create the same uniform design with interchangable colors.

in addition, i need the designer to create a matching pair of shorts that matches the skirt design. examples will be supplied.

## Deliverables

The image must be edited and an additional image must be created (shorts must be added in stead of a skirt).

you will deliver 2 images.

IMAGE ONE:

That the existing image and change the following:

1. make the entire top and skirt into an ALL BLACK outfit

2. change the star to TEAL

3. Change the lettering to 3 colors (back to front)

Back (3rd layer) Silver

Middle (2nd Layer) White

Front (1st Layer) Hot Pink

Both lettering should be the same.

Take the same revised designa nd make the skirt into shorts. Simply add a "V" notch slit on the bottom middle of the design.
