My budget for this project is $40.

I want to have a program done that will run on windows 10 to help gamers train themselves. I want the program to be similar to aimlab which improves gamers hand-eye coordination and aim of gamers. The program will work like a shooting game. There will be an option to have one target appear or have multiple targets on the screen. For the multiple targets, there will always be 3-4 spheres on the screen, every target you shoot causes another one to appear randomly. The interesting feature that this new program has is that it determines if you tend to under-shoot or over-shoot the target. At the end of the round average performance is calculated and shown to the user.
