In this FB Ads Account Manager position, you are the lead singer of the band. You serve the most important role - you are the Rockstar!

We’re looking for an experienced bilingual Facebook Advertising Account Manager to join our team and work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.

*Important: This position is more than just creating Facebook ads campaigns. We’re looking for someone to cultivate positive relationships with our clients, be an innovative and strategic thinker for their marketing campaigns, be at the forefront of social media marketing trends, especially Facebook & Instagram, and dive into the metrics to use as a tool for pivoting and improving campaigns!

3. The hours are super flexible but our preference is that you’re within 3+/- hours of Eastern Time zone.

Your responsibilities:

- Develop and implement paid social media strategies for clients

- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads campaigns

- Tracking metrics (how are the clients’ funnels working? Any leaks?) and making data-driven recommendations

- Prepare weekly tracking reports on campaigns KPIs and bring creative ideas to the table on how to improve these KPIs

- Keep projects + initiatives moving forward and on time

- Stay up-to-date with Instagram & Facebook advertising best practices, trends and features.

- Receive and answer clients’ requests.

The requirements.

1. You have experience in FB & IG campaign creation and managing + marketing. The majority of your time will be spent creating, optimizing and reporting on campaigns. You need to be able to think strategically about the bigger picture of the business and the outcome wanted + how the right content will fit in, as well as being able to see what needs to be improved outside of the campaign to improve the performance. We’re looking for someone with strong marketing experience who will be able to analyze a whole funnel, find the bottlenecks and come up with an action plan.

2. You’re the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done.

3. You’re good with people.

4. You love nailing down the details. You don’t need to race through work and get things done half-assed.

5. You think strategically and bring new ideas to the table.

6. You love taking the lead on your own projects and you love having full ownership over the creation, execution, and results of projects.

7. You pay attention to details. In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes. This is what we offer:

- The hours would start at 10-20 a week and grow into full-time over the next 3 months.

- The salary range for this role is $40CAD to $50CAD per hour depending on your experience.
