Need video chat application for 25 users.

- Needs onsite deployment

With following key features:

1) Video chat can be possible with at list 6 to many participants. (At list 6 people can interact in multiway way video and audio, but many other person can see and listen all of them.) PC Users on Web and android and iphone/ipad device users through Apps. Up to 5 simultaneous conferences should be possible

2) User can modify video size/ fps/ quality/ a/v sources if required.

3) Webservice APIs for Register, Login, Schedule Meeting, Invite Participants, Join Meeting, Kick Participants.

Application must be stable without issues including delay, sync, crash.

This is urgent.
