Property Management System in Excel, multiple buildings

Hi,
I am looking for a programmer who is able to program a property management with multiple properties, that does the following.
Unit Payment Date Amount Paid Account Type
(Ru, Mu, St, Deposit)
(please add Deposit)
Auto Calculated Fields:
Name Rent Type Rent Amount Rent Start Date
(Monthly/ Weekly)
Rent Due Date Balance Pending Amount Adjust Balance Address
I will enter all the data in 4 boxes
These data on the bottom will appear automatically.
Example 1: When I start entering 1 year old data,
If there is no name in the Name box
I will enter the tenant’s name, starting that date,
payment date, when I entered the new tenant’s
name, it will be permanent, after that date,
whenever I enter unit number,
same tenant’s name will appear automatically in the Name box.
Same principal should apply with other fields also:
Rent Type: Weekly/Monthly data box,
If I enter the data in this box,
it should save it from that date on and use it after that date for calculations.
If I change it in the future, it will change from that date on.
Rent Amount: same principal,
it will appear auto unless I change it in this data box,
and save the amount from that date on.
Rent Start Date: same principal,
first I enter the data, then it appears auto,
but if I change it here, in this box, it will change from that date on.
Rent Due Date: same principal
Balance Pending Amount: It will appear auto according to calculations
Adjust Balance: I want to add this box to adjust
the balance pending in case I adjusted their rent balance,
if I lower tenant’s remaining balance.
In this box amount is, Balance Pending Amount,
from the other data, but if I change this data box,
next time, next payment date,
it will calculate according to this amount,
not the Balance Pending Amount box data.
