Producing Packing Lists Based on PO List and Maximum Box Capacity

I have an order list of various products on various POs with different quantities by PO. I need to produce packing slips for a series of boxes for this shipment for the allocated quantities in column H.
The list is sorted by item number. Each box can fit 50 products. Any products that can not be fit in a box of a line item, that line item needs to be split and the remainder placed in the next box. We want to use the least amount of boxes possible. Item numbers will be repeated because they need to reference the PO number.
The goal is to have packing lists for each box of 50 and to have each qty of items for each PO to be clear. We want the quantities for each of the item numbers to be grouped together and to reference the POs they are on.
