There is a requirement by hospitals to post their financial data for procedures on their website. We have a template of every hospital. This template has the tracking fields that are needed. Each hospital website needs to be visited and this file searched for. If available it is downloaded and save to a specific location we have. If not it is documented. We will also need the URL of the page recorded.
We have a training video as to how we want this done., so this will answer any questions and can be referred to. The file types for download are CSV, Excel or JSON. There is certain criteria that must be met for the file to be marked as "acceptable". The training video describes this
