Create Database from Scanned POS-Reports, Automaticly

Hello,
We are looking for a solution for collecting Data from our POS-System.
It is not an option to extract the Database of the POS-System Directly. (Due to ownership it is very closed)
Yet the system prints all the data we need physicly in the form of reports.
Yet these reports are not preferreble for long time trends beceause of format and volume:
10 Differents Daily Reports A Day (multiple pages) * 365 Days * 20 Locations = 146.000 Reports yearly
We tried Using Adobe acrobat Pro, yet beceause of the volume and the rate of error this was not a posibility.
In brief:
We are looking for an OCR solution. (with at least 90% accuracy)
It must automatically recognize different reports (10 Different kinds) and turn the data from them into a Vertical database (XLSX,TXT,..).
the manual time input, apart from scanning should not exceed 8 hours for all locations per month.
