Automate changes in multiple excel files and email

I have 50 persons i send out a schedule to weekly. Green box is individual for each schedule but doesnt change from week to week. It is the same always, Information in yellow box change every week but its the same change for all schedules. So all 50 schedules will have same text there. In the blue box the info is changed but not at an individual level. Each person is a member of a team and there are 16 teams. So all members in each team have same information there. When the schedules are done i would like to automatically send the schedules to the 50 persons emails.
