Design a Home Automation System

I’m not asking you to design a system from scratch. I’m asking for simplified instructions on setting up a home automation system using existing products.

The product and software they system will be based on is HomeSeer.

If you are a specialist in this software or would like to become one the I may be looking for ongoing support etc. for this system which I intend to market and install.

• Software: HS Touch 3

• Controller: HomeTroller Zee S2

• Computer (some sort of PC on a stick, I’d like it to be as small and portable as possible as it will only be used to run the home automation system)

• Include UPS

Then I want easy to understand diagrams and instructions for how I can connect the following devices to the HomeSeer Z-wave network:

- Z-wave thermostat

- Z-wave din rail mounted relay

- Z-wave din rail mounted dimmer

SECURITY:

- Z-wave door sensor

- Z-wave camera’s

- Z-wave sensor’s

- -Z-wave door lock

AUDIO / VISUAL

- Network controlled speakers

Everything will need to be controlled by the app but the light switches should also have wall mounted controllers.
