Operations Manager in New Orleans

DDW Ecom are searching for a talented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager that lives or nearby Lime St

Metairie, New Orleans, LA70006 with extensive experience in ECommerce.

The role includes:

• Implementing and following the onboarding process with new clients 

• Supervising, hiring and firing of virtual assistants based in the Philippines

• Building relationships with clients and being a trustworthy source of information for them 

• Scheduling and taking phone calls and zoom calls 

• Collecting feedback from customers for future marketing use

• Building and managing a strong, virtual team of E-Commerce experts

• Managing and tracking the performance of online stores on various E-Commerce platforms using various softwares

• Taking full responsibility for various online stores to an acceptable standard of the company

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience recruiting, supervising and managing VAs in Philippines

• Operational experience in client operations, client experience, and/or customer service delivery

• Strong track record of planning, leading and delivering a culture of exceptional customer service

• Extensive experience and a strong track record of managing a team to deliver exceptional results

• Demonstrable experience through personal endeavours or previous work

• Be a great communicator - you’re good at explaining exactly what you mean in both written and verbal format

• Have strong organisation skills to be able to effectively manage workload in your own time

• Have the ability to take initiative and solve complex problems

• Be collaborative and open to criticism - you’re great at taking and implementing feedback

• The ideal candidate has a high competency in using Google spreadsheets for tracking and auditing, recording everything and constantly proactively creating models and using data to improve processes

• A problem solver with excellent attention to detail

• Must be tech orientated understanding IP addresses, proxies and remote desktop connections

• Experience setting up and managing Amazon Wholesale, FBA, Facebook marketplace and Walmart platforms

• Experience using Google sheets, Zapier and Automation software

• Ecommerce experience managing and running stores is a big plus.
