Looking for a Shopify progamming and design expert for Shopify themes and can provide design assistance

Nourishe, a high end skincare brand, requires assistance with our Shopify store. We require the following skills for hire:
- Someone who is a very affluent programmer. We are not looking for someone to simply make our site functional or mediocre. We need accurate programming of some of our pre-existing adobe designs, which also need to be brought into other pages.
- Someone who is skilled with Shopify Online Store 2.0 and will help us move some of our old themes over.
- Ability to optimize all pages for mobile.
- Someone with design experience who is willing to work with us and make recommendations as we develop the webpages from our other design aspects.
- Someone who can work quickly and complete jobs in short time frames such, approximately 1 week. It is important that jobs do not take weeks or months to be completed.
If you can meet these requirements, we can offer the opportunity to continue working with us, approximately 1-2 jobs per month.
The first job we require is to update current themes and design to Shopify 2.0, then to update to the designs. Or to complete this in reverse if that makes more sense. The price listed is open and not defined, as it will depend on the individual job or group of jobs.
