Approved EPN US Acc Needed

I need of 8 US EPN (ebaypartnernetwork) accounts ASAP.

Each of these accounts MUST be approved for US campaigns and the accounts must NOT have been used previously and absolutely zero chance of common footprints. Each account MUST be made on separate unique US ips.

You must provide a guide on how to manage multiple US EPN accounts properly, without losing an account, and ensuring my purchased accounts are protected.

You will provide the username, password, Paypal and email account. I will pay $25 for each approved US EPN account for my pilot phase.

Note that I only want approved US EPN accounts that are ready to go. I am not interested in paying for applications.

(I will require more EPNs and other services on a regular basis in future and would like to establish a long term business relationship if you are reliable).
