Help me with my Hong Kong Visa Application

I need a legal resident of Hong Kong to help me submit my tourist visa application to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR.
The steps are as follows:
1-I prepare my own visa forms and visa documents, send them to your address in Hong Kong by DHL.
2-You receive the documents package, submit it in person to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR in the fastest way possible (same day or first working day after you receive my documents package).
3-The Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR might ask you to pay the 195 HKD visa processing fee at first when you submit my documents or when my application is processed, so your bid should include the 195 HKD visa processing fee as well, as you will be paying it on my behalf.
4-Project finishes when you have successfully done all the aforementioned steps. Please note that the decision of visa is up to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR, I am just hiring you to submit my application because I can't do it from my place of residence (No Hong Kong SAR visa representative where I live).
