The goal of the project is to run a Smart Meter simulator on an Arduino. The assignment consists of porting a DLMS Library to be used with an Arduino.
For this, we would like to use the open source DLMS Smart Meter Library GuruxDLMS:

Communication will be performed over Serial Interface of the Arduino using the HDLC protocol. No hardware design is required. The ported code should allow to connect with the Arduino and communicate with the DLMS protocol.
