extracting data

I need to extract data from <[url removed, login to view]>. Please click on Results.

I need a program which extracts data (exact form of data in next window).

Briefly: The program will take data from this page, one day after another, one meeting after another, one race after another and extracts data.

It have to recognize that some data is missing.

I think it is simple task, it only needs to cooperate with window <[url removed, login to view]> to open another days, meetings and races.

New: It has to be working on Vista 32.

Export file needs to be Excel viewable and changeable (I suppose .csv is the best)

Later on I will need a second program which has to work on server. Preferable is solution where the same program can be working on Server Linux, Windws Server (2003 or newer version) and Vista 32 (and newer version if it comes to buying a new laptop.)

So please tell me, if you can offer me both possibilities - Vista32 and Server, preferably Linux and Win also.

So that I have results and also can extract new results.

Structure:

1. date (in format: 20100231) ? ?

you move from one month to another by clicking to arrow left or right

one day to another by clicking to specified number from 1 to 31

both in chart below "Results for today"

2. meeting - write name of the meeting

(if in "Select race" name of race begins with time, then add it to the main file)

(if there is no time, give it to the second file)

so for example: Results for Wednesday 30 September, 2009

Belmont park goes to the second file, Chantily also and Santa Anita

all other goes to main file

3. time of the race (in 24hrs format)

4. length of the race

is written below Select meeting

For example:

Belmont: Allowance Race 1m1f

length is:? 1m1f

5. name of the race

Belmont 1st: ? Allowance Race 1m1f

It is written completely down on the page below last runner (13 ran ! Winning time....)

there are some month where there is only Position

27. the same for the 2nd favorite (second least BSP)

if this horse has BSP between 1,01 and 1,99, them if won, result is BPS-1, otherwise -1

33. results for horses with BSP from 2 to 2,99

34. results for horses with BSP from 3 to 4,99

35. results for horses with BSP from 5 to 9,99

36. results for horses with BSP from 10 to 14,99
