I am in search of an office building maintenance company specializing in comprehensive facility care. The required services include Routine Maintenance, Repairs, Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Security Systems Maintenance, Painting and Renovation, Compliance and Safety Checks, Emergency Repairs, Energy Efficiency Upgrades, and Facility Maintenance Project Management.

This entails a 2-year contract, with renewal options. The selected company must conduct training for local partner company employees throughout the contract and transition responsibilities to the partner company at the contract's conclusion.

Language Requirement - French is a must

Location Requirement- The company can be in North America or Europe and must be willing to travel
