Unity with XML Communication (Serialization Deserialization)

Proffesional developer = Unity3D with XML load. I want to grid system 2d and i add from dynamic from unity insepector panel some texture and little animation and pipes. And pipes have water effect. So this all data coming from xml all object position, grid sys, object and pipe place the grid cell. This all data and info coming from xml and i manage from unity inspector.
