Create C# console application to translate excel sheets using deepl

Create a C# console application to translate all cells in a excel sheet (an example sheet will be provided upon assignment).
Cells of a columns having the text "notranslate" do not need to be translated.
Use [login to view URL] to translate (not the API). This is an example url, to translate a text from English to Spanish: [login to view URL] Scrape the translation from the html page and insert in the corresponding cell of the sheet.
Use 3 parameters to start the console app: the excel file name(s), the from-language and to to-language. If the file name argument is missing, use the [login to view URL] "OpenFileDialog" function to let the user select one or more excel files. Save the translated excel file with a suffix of the from-language and to to-language, for example "[login to view URL]".
Do not use the Excel interop to read and write the file, but a NuGet package like ClosedXML.
Use the NuGet packages "Flurl and "HtmlAgilityPack" to scrape the deepl page.
