Business Plan for Steel Fabrication Company

We are looking for a Business Writer who can make us a rather technical business plan. The plan should be about 20-30 pages in length (excluding attachments). You may use your own template or ours, we can work out which one is better.
Our company is an Australian steel fabrication. There is a website and information sheets available, so you don't have to start out from scratch. And need to just put together a solid content. We will provide the necessary financials of course (P&L, Balance sheets, etc) but if anything else is needed you will have to make your own chart with the information we provide.
**Please note that this business plan will be viewed by the government and banks as we are using this for loan purposes. You will have to be adept and well-researched and explain our current situation in the plan as we are running in the negative. We are able to explain this of course and you will have to write it in and implement strategies in place. This will be a good exercise for anyone seeking a challenge.
