I need assistance putting together a consolidated list of email addresses from a number of separate email lists. In total there may be several thousand discrete email addresses, although there will be duplicates across the various lists to be combined, and the duplicates need to be eliminated. The final list will be used for mailings for a local political campaign. There will need to be a way that recipients can unsubscribe, as a number of sequential mailings will go out using the final consolidated list. I would also need advice as to what platform to use to send these out that would allow an emailing of ? 5,000 separate addressees. And if there is some way that any currently inactive email addresses can automatically be eliminated from the master list as they bounce back, that would be a plus. This is for a small nonprofit organization that has a limited budget.
